Issue
In ULS Logs, you get these errors in loop:
- Unable to get sql session to admin database
- NerioCluster: No lease returned when reading DB
Solution
Search Host controller Service is started but no search application exist in farm.
You need either to create a search application or stop this service from Central administration:
